Each participant benefits from a personal progression matrix that traces their learning path. In addition, our tech lead carries out evaluations with other participants mid-term and at the end of the project to ensure and monitor the progress of each participant. Finally, we have integrated “exploration times” into our theoretical training. These periods allow participants to experiment, explore, and clarify gray areas.

Absolutely! The practical phase is designed to allow participants to work on a project of your choice, whether it is fictional or has a real use at the end of the training, offering them concrete and relevant experience.

At the end of the training, participants will not only be trained in mobile development best practices, but also in Scrum and Lean methodologies. They will then be ready to join your development team and immediately contribute to your projects.

At the end of the training, we will provide you with all the teaching materials and the product code during the practical phase. This will allow you to consult them later or to share them with the rest of your teams.
