The following policy applies to the processing of personal data by SAS BAM.

Legal framework - compliance with RGPD and French law

BAM declares that the company processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the RGPD) and with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms.

Recipients of personal data

The recipients of the data are BAM's marketing and customer relationship management departments. We share your personal data only with the following third parties:

• Marketing service providers to develop and manage our site, our contact forms or to carry out our advertising campaigns (e.g. emailing).

Retention period for personal data

In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, Article 5,e., the personal data collected are kept, by BAM, in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary with regard to the purposes for which they are processed.

The data necessary to comply with a legal obligation are kept in accordance with the provisions in force (including, but not limited to, those provided for by the Commercial Code, the Civil Code and the Consumer Code).

Do we transfer data outside the European Union?

We carry out our processing within the European Union and do not transmit our data to recipients located outside the European Union.

Nevertheless some technical service providers who receive your personal data may be located outside the European Economic Area such as the United States (Google services).

As a result, your personal data may be processed in countries that are not recognized as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

BAM requires the same level of protection for your data as is required by any applicable laws and regulations within the European territory and ensures that its service providers are either bound by the European Commission's standard clauses, or are bound by BCRs (Binding Corporate Rules) within their international group and have been duly authorized by a data protection supervisory authority established within the territory of the EU, or have adhered to any program that allows for the recognition of an equivalent protection within their country.

Rights of the person whose data is collected

The person whose personal data is collected has the right:

• to request from the data controller access to personal data, the rectification or erasure of such data, or a restriction of the processing relating to the data subject,
• to object to the processing,
• to the portability of its data,
• to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
• to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent, this right existing exclusively when the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. on the consent of the data subject to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
