The rapid publication of the Dalma application on stores meets the challenge of retaining users through an optimal customer experience. Both by capitalizing on current key uses of the web, but also by taking advantage of the advantages of mobile to develop innovative functionalities, such as remote regulation.
Dalma extends its customer promise through its application by offering the possibility of unlimited and instant contact with veterinarians by video, telephone or chat. The challenge of this evolution is to guarantee a smooth connection between the user and the veterinarian to ensure an optimal and reassuring user experience.
BAM co-developed the application with Dalma teams to ensure timely delivery of the product, while guaranteeing, for the future, the autonomy of internal developers and making it possible to quickly consider functional developments.
The mission objective was achieved: we're going to release on time with 95% of the desired functionalities. On the technical side, I think the collaboration between the developers went very well: efficient and with a good division of labor.
